08:00-18:00

Check-in
The boat is ready for handover at 17:30. (Departure on the morning after, after a short briefing.)

Late arrival
It is possible to arrive later if you have made an agreement with the base personnel.

Check-out
The boat must be back at the base the evening before check-out. The boat must be left and handed over at 10:00 on the day of check-out.

Fast check-in
Shorten your check-in procuedure by by taking the area brifing course online. The brifing consists information on the BVI waters and sailing rules. It is also possible to download the NauticEd programme to an iPad. 

Sail restrictions
Note that there are restrictions on what other islands you can visit in the Caribbean. There are also strict regulations regarding entry and declaration.

Tortola airport on Beef Island (EIS): 6 km

Departure Tax
All guests must pay this tax at the airport before you leave the country. 

Fast Ferry: St. Thomas - Road Town
Travel time: app. 60 minutes (remember to bring your ESTA or VISA)

Groceries
There is a supermarket on the marina called Bobbys Supermarket. The supermarket offers pre-ordered supplies.
It is also possible to pre-order supplies through Rite Way or OneMarkt.
