The opening hours of the base
All days: 08: 00-17: 00 and evening staff at later check-in.

Check-in
The boat is taken at 18:00 and the first evening is taken aboard the harbor. Check-in is made next morning at 8 o'clock, compulsory skipping meeting is held at 09:30 and you can expect to be ready to sail around at. 11:30.

Late arrival 
Late arrivals will be met by a Sunsail representative. Alternatively, at the office's door you will find a map of the marina, as well as a banknote with your name and your boat's location. Remember to give the base a message on late arrival.

Check-out
The boat will be delivered clean at 11:00 on the last day. By hand, debreifing is made.

Sail restrictions
Note that there are restrictions on which other islands to visit in the Caribbean and strict rules regarding entry and exit clearance.

Airport
Usually fly to St. Thomas (STT) the night before departure - then you can stay at Hotel Windward Passage and the day after you can take the ferry on the other side of the road to Road Town.
Alternatively, you can fly to Tortola Airport on Beef Island (EIS): 11km

Fast Ferries: St. Thomas - Roadtown
Remember to get the base to check the departure times before returning, as everything is very relaxed in the Caribbean, and details such as canceled ferries etc. do not take that hard. Travel time: approx. 60min.
