Octopus Yachting was founded in 2015 by Kyriakos Markou. He started working in the field in 2009 when his enthusiasm for the sea led him to work as a skipper. His ever-increasing desire to succeed but also his love for customer satisfaction pushed him to deal more strongly and comprehensively with the yachting industry. He did that when in 2016 he managed to acquire his first catamaran under full management. From then until 2018, the company adds a boat per year to its fleet under exclusive management. In 2019 it added another two, making slow but steady steps in horizontal growth in yacht chartering services. In 2020, Octopus Yachting, having built a very reliable network of external partners, welcomed 4 newly built boats. 2023 will find the company with 13 yachts under exclusive management, based in Alimos, Lefkada, and Preveza.
